
Refund Policy
Sage Educational Consultants is committed to providing high-quality IEP review services to support students and their families. We strive for customer satisfaction and transparency in our processes. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing our services.
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee - We are dedicated to ensuring that our clients receive thorough and accurate IEP reviews. If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your completed services.

2. Refund Eligibility -
a. All deposits are non-refundable.
b. We know that IEP/504 meetings can change, and we will work with your family's/school's schedule to complete our contract.
c. Small group executive function sessions cannot be rescheduled, and no credit will be provided if they are missed.
d. Individual executive function sessions can be rescheduled up to three times per school year without consequence. A 10% rescheduling fee will be added to each subsequently rescheduled session.

3. ​Requesting a Refund - To request a refund, please send an email to info@sageeduconsultants.com with the reason for your request. Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days, and eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days of your request.
